* As of February 28, 2010 56 single family homes were on the market for sale in Hopkinton, MA * Average DOM (days on market) is down a bit to 147 days from 151 days on average last month. * We are beginning to see an accumulation of inventory in the $1M plus range with 11 properties for sale in that range 9 of which fall between $1M–$1.3M.

* As of January 31, 2010 53 single family homes were on the market for sale in Hopkinton, MA * Average DOM (days on market) is up a bit to 151 days from 132 days on average last month. * The lion’s share of activity as measured by number of homes having gone under agreement is happening in the under $600,000 price range but we also saw a good amount of activity in the $700,000’s with three properties accepting offers in January.
