The numbers are out for third quarter 2010 performance of the residential Hopkinton Real Estate Market. Check out the video and see the graphs explained in the video below.
Highlights from the report include:
- Total number of homes sold in Hopkinton for Q3 was 43. This is just slightly down from the Q2 number of 46 single-family home sales.
- Median selling price in Q3 was $635,000. Q2 saw a median of just $501,000.
- Average days on market (DOM) of sold homes in Q3 was just 81 which is down significantly from the Q2 average DOM of 131.
- The sale price to original list price (SP:OP) was 94% down just barely from the 95% we saw in Q2.
